1. Is there a minimum age to drive self driven wedding cars?
Yes, driver of the wedding car must be 26 and above with minimum 3years of driving experience
2. How are the self driven wedding cars timed?
They are typically timed 6pm to next day 6pm. Adjustments on timing is possible depending on model selected.
3. Do we collect the wedding car ourselves?
We can deliver the wedding car to your studio the day before your wedding for deco. Delivery and collection is charged at an affordable rates. You can also self collect with no additional charges.
4. Do we return the wedding car ourselves?
We will collect the wedding car at your hotel/banquet venue with an affordable fee or you can self return at our preferred location.
5. Any other charges/deposit other than the rental price itself?
Yes, for self driven models, there is a cash refundable security deposit to be collected on delivery day. Price varies with models.
6. Is petrol inclusive?
Petrol is not inclusive, we will deliver the car to you with a full tank, just top up whatever amount you used.
7. Is there any replacement car in case of a breakdown?
Yes, we will replace a car with similar rental value in event of a breakdown.
8. Is extension of rental hours allowed?
Yes, extra hours will be charged. Prices varies with models.
9. How do we verify damages during delivery/collection?
Delivery driver will go through a check during the car brief with the wedding car driver during delivery handover and collection handover to avoid any dispute.
10. Is the car washed and vacumned when delivered to us?
Yes, it is. Wedding car is thoroughly cleaned before delivery.
11. Do we have to wash it after usage?
No.
12. If we forget or do not have the time to pump back petrol for the car how would it be charged?
For every 1/8 shortfall, it will be charged $30.
13. If we wish to book a car with wedding carriage how is the payment procedure?
Payment will be thru E-Banking to our DBS account, kindly retain transaction number. Booking confirmation email and PDF receipt will be send to you once the payment is made.
CHAUFFEURED CARRIAGE
1. How are chauffeured carriage timed?
They are typically timed 7am to 3pm. Extension charges will apply if time frame is exceeded.
2. Is adjustment of timing possible?
Yes, depending on car model selected.
3. Does rental price include chauffer and petrol?
Yes, price is inclusive of chauffeur and petrol.
4. Is delivery to the studio for deco also charged?
No, delivery to the studio for deco is free, except for the chrysler stretch limo, charges will apply.
5. Any other charges/deposit other than the rental price itself?
No, chauffeured options do not require security deposits.
6. Is there any replacement car in case of a breakdown?
Yes, we will replace a car with similar rental value in event of a breakdown.
7. How do we verify damages during the course of ferry service?
The responsibility will be on our driver for chauffeured options.
8. How experienced are your chauffeurs?
Our chauffeurs are all above 26 with a minimum driving experience of 5years.

Yes, it is. Wedding car is thoroughly cleaned before delivery.
10. If we wish to book a car with wedding carriage how is the payment procedure?
